Wintek was formed in 1973 by engineers and computer scientists from Purdue University with the goal of making the then-emerging microprocessor technology available to industry. In 1984, we introduced the first of our Computer-Aided-Design software products. Wintek began offering Internet services in 1994 and began configuring Cisco Systems equipment in 1996.
